Spanish Property Prices Q1 2011
The bad news is that prroperty prices across most of Spain are still declining according to the Spanish IMIE index.
The accumulated decline since the peak for the different areas are as follows:
Mediterranean Coast -26.5%
Capitals and Major Cities -22.2%
Metropolitan Areas -21.3%
Balearic and Canary Islands -16.7%
Other Municipalities -15.2%
